Terms of Use

Last updated 23 August 2026

These terms cover your use of the SheetSnap iPhone app, published by 2pylab ("we", "us"). By using SheetSnap you agree to them.

The licence

We grant you a personal, non-transferable licence to use SheetSnap on Apple devices you own or control, as permitted by the App Store Terms of Service. You may not sell, rent, redistribute, reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source of the app, except where that restriction is void under law applying to you.

Subscriptions

SheetSnap is free for the first three documents, with every feature available. Beyond that, SheetSnap Pro removes the document limit.

Refunds are handled by Apple, not by us. Requests go through Apple's refund process.

What SheetSnap does, and what it does not promise

SheetSnap recognises tables in images and PDFs and converts them to spreadsheets. Recognition is performed by on-device machine learning and is not guaranteed to be accurate. The app marks cells that appear worth checking, but that marking is a heuristic: it will sometimes flag a correct cell and sometimes miss an incorrect one.

You are responsible for checking the output before relying on it. Do not use SheetSnap's output for accounting, tax, legal, medical or financial decisions without verifying it against the original document. We are not liable for consequences of acting on unverified output.

Your content

Your documents stay on your device. We do not receive, store or process them — see the Privacy Policy. You keep all rights to your content, and you are responsible for having the right to scan and convert whatever you put into the app.

Availability and changes

We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of SheetSnap. If we discontinue a paid feature during a period you have paid for, you may seek a refund through Apple.

Disclaimer and liability

SheetSnap is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from your use of SheetSnap is limited to the amount you paid for it in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death, personal injury or fraud.

Apple

Apple is not a party to these terms and is not responsible for SheetSnap. Apple has no obligation to provide support for SheetSnap. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to conflict of law rules.

This does not take away rights you have as a consumer. If you live in the United Kingdom, the European Economic Area, Australia, Canada or elsewhere with mandatory consumer protection law, you keep every protection that law gives you and may bring proceedings in your own courts. Where those rules conflict with anything above, those rules win.
